There was a coding test, which was then followed by an automated interview. This interview was about 4 questions with 15 seconds to plan an answer then 2 minutes to answer. Lastly there was the grad day.

Technical Round: Some questions testing reaction time, multiple-choice questions, and three simple coding problems, you have enough time to finish all questions.
VI Round: Behavioral questions, failed in this round, and no feedback about the reason.

Xero grad day had a fun presentation that we could prepare before hand, a catch up/tour with a Xero ambassador, and a behavioral interview. Felt like a big day but it was fun to learn about technical challenges through the presentation brief we got assigned to.

Behavioural -> technical -> video interview -> assessment centre.
Video interview consists of 5 questions, each with a lot of preparation time. These questions are all behavioural and would be good to use the STAR technique.
