I applied online, and received an email to book for a time for me to do the phone interview to the email a pdf was attached on how to prepare for the phone interview which I thought was cool. I had the phone interview the interviewer was late of 20 minutes from the schedule time. The interview went well, I was told that they will get back to me the next day to schedule an interview with the hiring manager which didn't happened. I had to contact the recruiter through linkedin to be provided with a feedback. The recruiter said they couldn't get hold of the hiring manager but they will schedule the interview the same day in the afternoon. which did not happened again! I had to recontact the recruiter and be told that the interview will be a video interview and that i should schedule a convienient time for me to have the interview. I sent then responded and be told that I should do it the next day not the day I chose as "convinient" to have an interview. after i respond to the mail i got another mail stating that they are really keen to meet me and all but they are taking their christmas break soon so they think it best to do the second interview early January next year and i should already send my availability. then a week later after i didnt received any confirmation i contacted them and be told that my application was unsuccesful before the scheduled 2nd interview!!!
