Very efficient. Initial phone chat with a recruiter followed by several interviews. They almost always got back to me within the period they had promised for the next contact. This created a positive impression that they took my application seriously. Take-up of references was swift; if they want you, they don't delay.

The interview was cancelled one hour before scheduled time. Was scheduled on a Saturday early morning as the interviewer was from US. Woke up to find out it was cancelled as the role has changed. Very unprofessional.
