The interview process was very straight forward with a few rounds with the key people in the organization. Team members extremely friendly and welcoming. Felt I could show up as myself.
It was a four phase interview. Started with a phone interview, then an interview with the manager, then a panel interview with potential future colleagues, then an interview with the director.

Multiple interview stages. The team was lovely. I was under qualified for the role but advanced quite far through the interview process. From the interview the role seemed high stress and believe it may have been a good fit for someone more experienced.
Chat with HR over the phone which lasted 20 minutes, Interview with Dept lead and 1 other, laid back interview although it was postponed by them twice before it took place. Not a tough interview, but feedback I received was vague and generic.
