The process took 2 weeks. The hiring manager ghosted me, not even an acknowledgement of the subsequent stage/rejection. At least have the courtesy to tell the candidates what the result of your interview is

Quite a few steps, but overall was ok. There is a “homework” part of the interview, a character fit interview, and a technical interview, and a phone screening. The rest of the process was pretty standard
