Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Xerox (Guatemala) nel mese di nov 2011

The interview process at least in Guatemala it's a very long one, you have to have at least 3 different interviews with the different managers if the division that you are applying to... also you may need to talk directly with the manager on the US.
