Applied on LinkedIn, and immediate call back from Charlotte N.C to interview in Asheville N.C office. This experience was great at the beginning. The actual interview does not exemplify a great company like Xerox.

Phone call with a recruiter. Sounded like he was reading from a script and was unsure of themselves. Didnt ask any behavioral questions except why you want to work in sales. It is an outside field sales role for the sales executive position.

The interview process was not difficult. I had 3 and they all last about 30-45 mins. First with a recruiter and then 2 with the hiring manager. One video call interview and one in person interview.

The recruiter no-showed our scheduled interview. I waited in the M.S. Teams video waiting room for 20 minutes and he never showed up. Extremely unprofessional - I never received a cancellation or a response to my follow up emails. I looked up my recruiters linkedIn and it shows his location is in the Phillipines?
