I applied for a position that was temp to hire, so it was required that I was phone screened and interview with the temp agency, then I had a phone screen with a manager at Xerox. Then was selected to meet in person with two of the PMO managers.

The questions were pretty general: what is your interests in working on this project? (the job was temporary with potential to go perm and project based). What are your career goals? How do you see yourself in this position?
