Following up with HR and managers for posted jobs is a lot of work. Lack of communication from Xerox back to candidates caused me to have to add a standing recurring item on my calendar to attempt to move the process along. Interview questions were very generic. Carefully ask about position and working relationship to manager, including being in an established office vs. working remotely. I ended up getting hired, however was transferred to a manager I had never met/talked to, and the work expected was different than I desired.
