The Recruiter call me and 4 days later they I did Phone-screening Interview. During the Face-to-Face Interview there was a Panel of Engineers and the Manager. The process of interviewing was pretty laid back. I was expecting real hard core Technical Questions but it was just Random Questions on Fundamentals of Networking. The Staff is pretty friendly. Your Personality takes preference over your Technical Knowledge . If you have experience in Networking and your fundamentals are strong you will not have problem.

What are the tools you normally use to Troubleshoot a Network Problem ? Describe the IPSEC negotiation steps. Port Numbers for different Protocols.
Long process and not much responsible HR. Hope they let you know if you are moving onto next round or not. They should also let you know if its going to be a technical interview or behavioral questions.
