First was filling out a form then desk person takes it back. Waited minutes then someone called my name for the first interview. It was basic questions. Then they will give you a test depending on the job you will do. They usually put you on a job related to your background. Then final interview which for me wasn't really an interview it was just like a company and job overview. Job offer followed which takes effect when you get to complete required documents.
