Colloquio
Initial HR screening followed by two interviews with the Line Manager and Sales Director. The interview process was quite clear and smooth. HR Interview was focused at general profile and background checking. The LM interview was about skill alignment to the role. The interview with the Sales Director focused on overall selling skills including a role-playing exercise on how to pitch for an opportunity.
Once an offer was made, the on-boarding process was quite tedious and the operational team was not very helpful/open about the various steps involved.

Office looks like a dull work environment that just carries the brand name. Location a bit off London. Interviewed by 2 managers, 1 HR the other the line manager. 1 hour or more long interview process and was competency based.
