I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent onsite practical interview at Xiteb. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. During the interview, there were several issues that made it extremely difficult for me to perform to the best of my ability. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi provided, which made it almost impossible to complete the practical tasks that required an internet connection. Secondly, I felt that there was a lack of support during the interview. It seemed as though the only focus was on completing the practical tasks, with no consideration for the candidate's experience or ability to clarify doubts. In addition, the overall atmosphere felt indifferent, as if there was no genuine interest in the candidate's well-being or success during the interview. To be honest, this was the worst interview experience I have ever had, and it gives me the impression that your company may be practicing HR procedures that lack care or professionalism. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can help improve the experience for future candidates.
