2 Rounds of interview and 1 exercise as well, but it didn't work out. There was no feedback. I ve been an employee of Xoriant in past, as far as I know there is not a single project where Usability is done, and the panel was stuck with usability. Looked like it was just a RFP and these guys wanted to showcase some manpower.

Was given certain tasks to perform from basic design skills to sketching user interface for the given design problem. In the last round it was task to be done from home. Redesign a application dashboard. But after submission there was no response, atleast for wasting time on the task , I would expect a critic feedback on where I was short so that I can improve my skills.
