I recently appeared in the Xoriant interviews and having very bad experience, they always reschedule your interview and waste your time. Sometime their panel not available, sometime panel do not join. Initially there were only 2 round of interviews and I cleared both but again they said they require one more round of interview and it will again depend on panel availability.
