Got the opportunity in college campus recruitment.
It was a pool campus recruitment process.
Interview had many rounds and it depends on the position the candidate is being recruited.
1.Aptitude test
2.Group Discussion conducted by the people from the head office Mumbai.
3.Technical round in the client location by some senior engineers
4.HR round taken by client himself.
If the candidate is for performance team or any other US team, then there will an extra telephonic interview round with the respective client team from US.
