For me the interview went smoothly and was conducted in a friendly and professional manner. I was familiar with the receptionist role, but I found out during the interview that the position also includes admin assistant tasks. Although it was unexpected, I was fine with it and willing to take on the extra responsibilities.

The interview process starts with an initial screening which may be over the phone or via online application review, to check if the candidate meets the basic qualifications, if successful, the next step is usually a face to face or virtual interview with the hiring manager or HR.
