It's very easy. The interviewer was nice and relaxed me from the start. And the first interview they ask you something about yourself, what do you do, why did you apply for that job etc.

Interview with the head manager, then HR staff and lastly the CEO. There seemed to be a lack of communication at the company as I had to repeat myself several times not only during the interviews but also through emails. Loyalty to the company seemed to be the key and not really what's on your CV.
