Colloquio
I went through two screening interview to get a feel about the actual interview and then had a in person interview. The phone interviews asked about about general embedded systems knowledge and a couple behavioral questions. The in person interview was more technical and had a quiz with C related questions.

Colloquio
Met with a series of managers, software and hardware engineers.
I subsequently was told they were going to offer me a 6 month contract to hire position by the recruiter. The offer had to be approved by someone who was out of the office that week.
I did not hear back so I contacted the recruiter who never responded.
I then contacted the hiring manager who said that it had been approved and sent to HR.
Another week and no news. i eventually got hold of the recruiter who said that HR now said they could not move forward on this now, they would revisit in April.
Again no contact from them. 2 months after the original promise I again contacted the hiring manager who indicated he was not optimistic about this happening.
Gave up and took another position.
A complete waste of my time.
