Quick 3 rounds phone interview, the first one was from the HR phone screening, nothing special, just regular behavioral questions; second round was the phone interview from the direct hiring manager, and it was very casual and pleasant, most questions are about behavioral but the manager also asked some of my thoughts for the organization. The third round was from another hiring manager, and it was pretty simple and straightforward.
