Candidatura online, colloquio orale conoscitivo.
Il processo di selezione in realtà prevedeva due colloqui: uno conoscitivo ed uno tecnico.
Io ho affrontato solo quello conoscitivo (dove ti chiedono il tuo trascorso).
Mi hanno chiesto se fossi disposta a trasferirmi a Pesaro ma poi mi hanno proposto la posizione per Roma.
Nel complesso comunque non è stato stressante, sembrava una chiacchierata tra intimi.

Applied via off campus and got interview chance mostly the technical questions to check your knowledge and compatibility, interview didn't lasted for much time, don't know why they wrapped it up within 15 min, the shortest ever interview I have been through

The first process is a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter will ask questions about your experiences and reasoning for applying for the job. The next step is an online meeting with the hiring manager. Then a meeting with the application engineer and the head manager.
After applying online went through an initial phone screen with company recruiter followers up by an interview with two managers. Overall process was around 4 weeks and had a positive experience.
