First interview: Half hour phone interview with HR Second interview: Hour phone interview with manager Third Interview: Hour Zoom meeting with two developers The process started off alright, but eventually the Xylem team went silent. After the interviews, the HR folks said I would hear back within a week or two. I followed up a week later via email. The HR folks said I would receive a response the next day. This was about 3 weeks ago. I can't say that this was a good experience, considering the lack of communication and drawn out interview process--which led to silence. The company has posted the position again, which I suppose is my cue that I won't receive an offer. Also, considering the interviewers asked a question to which they had the wrong answer, there are some major red flags here.
