I had 3 rounds of interviews altogether. The first was with the HR recruiter, and the other two were with the supervisor and department director. The first round was mostly to establish overall fit and discuss matters such as compensation, working arrangements, and company structure. The latter two focused more on technical skills and position-specific requirements.
