Chatted with the recruiter, which took a long time to coordinate. After this there were 2 interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a higher up manager. In total it was about 2-3 hours of interviewing and overall relatively straight forward.

Recruiter contacted within less than 48 hrs to interview. Rearranged my schedule and took time off to accommodate. They did not call so after 10 min I called them. They were unprepared to speak. They could not answer basic questions that I had regarding the dept and reporting structure. They told me specifically how and when to follow up for the next stage of the process. I followed up twice. They proceeded to ghost me for 2 weeks to come back saying they had been busy and extended an offer to someone else. Grossly unprofessional recruiter and process and I have seen a lot over my 20 yrs in the industry and this is a high level position.
