      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Y Scouts (Scottsdale, AZ) nel mese di dic 2018

      Colloquio

      One phone interview, one in person interview, then a take home assignment, then an interview with the CEO. Never received any feedback on my assignment (positive or negative). I was told I was supposed to present the assignment to the team but that never happened due to a scheduling conflict with their team. Instead, I met directly with the CEO and was told that he wanted me to come back the following week to see how they operated and was also told that this could be a good move for me. I left the interview feeling positive. Followed up after the interview with the CEO with an appropriate thank you, and then two days after that inquiring on the status of things. I was contacted at the end of the week via an email explaining to me that they decided not to hire for the role and that they were changing directions, which left me confused. I view this as unfortunate, as this was a very exciting opportunity for me to pursue and felt that the company has lots of potential.

      Most of the interviews were flowing conversations. There was a take home assignment given that took about 3-4 hours that was assigned to me after the initial phone screening and first in person interview
