Consisted primarily of the CEO discerning whether or not God had sent me there. What these folks do is legitimate but using this business as an extension of their church lives is off putting to folks who don't share their churchiness. Don't get me wrong, they have every right to run their business as they see fit. However, if someone wants to run a business by Evangelicals for Evangelicals, say so early and don't penalize people who don't share your beliefs.
