Pre-interview, the information provided to me was excellent, and the initial screening call with HR was very transparent and up-front about the positives and the negatives of this position. The interview (or 2nd interview) with the hiring manager was with a 2-person panel, and they had obviously prepared and made it organized, structured and complete. It boded well for working with this organization.
