You are asked different questions by each person - its really hard to see how they can determine a strong candidate when everyone not asking the same questions
Great call with HR very positive on my experience. They indicated would get back to me in a few days. No communication from them or response to my follow up email. Better to learn upfront about the culture. Not responding is unacceptable and rude. Glad I dogged that one.
