Easy, just had a quick conversation with the head lifeguard about responsibilities, job duties and overall what would be expected of me. The lifeguard was very kind and friendly, and I felt safe working there. Was moreso a conversation, not even an interview.

The interview process was very relaxed. I was asked a few general questions regarding experience and it did not feel like a stressful environment. Overall it was a very pleasant interview.
