Resumes are reviewed first by a senior programmer. He mostly checks what technologies you know and how much experience you have on them. then a telephone interview, then onsite interview. And decision is made fairly fast. The is no HR.
Make sure you use the board while you describe your ideas if applicable.
People are relaxed and friendly and try to make you feel comfortable, so they can get to know you. I was even offered refreshments.
Overall experience of the interview experience is pleasant.
