First interactions were with Human Resources to establish the connection. I had multiple interviews with team leadership and with the entire team. Team leadership informed me they would contact HR and HR would be extending the job offer.

One phone interview then one in person. There are questions online on the Yale site that guide you through the types of questions they're looking for. They just take forever to get back to you.
