Extremely unpleasant experience dealing with this company. They waste your time. I applied for a position. Within a couple of hours, I received a response that seemed to be written by a robot, which was concerning. No one has ever responded to me that quickly. They requested my diploma and references. This is very strange, as they know nothing about me. What will a diploma tell them? Then they sent me a test with a 1-hour time limit. This is a very difficult test; just reading and understanding it took about 30-40 minutes, and there wasn't enough time to answer the questions. I was very tired from taking the test. The most difficult test in the world. I have a Senior level of experience, and I'm sure I would have done well. Such questions shouldn't be asked in written form, as the depth of the questions can be so unpredictable. There were questions that could have taken 1-2 pages of text to answer. And there was barely enough time. Then they accepted my test and sent another one, consisting of 12 logic and aptitude questions. As a result, the same robot sent me a rejection letter a day later. Why? I don't understand why they waste so much time with the answers.
