HR Recruiter set up a virtual meeting with the hiring manager and team, went well and set up additional meeting with the marine service manger and watercraft manager a week later. Next day I was offered a verbal offer pending background check for official offer. Went through background check as far as verifying previous employment, credit report, criminal background and education. Seemed like that took the longest little over a week. Once that came back I received the written official offer to e-sign and return.
