Several people were taking into an office. We were required to fill out additional forms and teach a short lesson, (using whiteboard only, no HDMI, etc...). We also completed a short interview with one woman (in person) and the founder (via phone conference). As interviews took place, applicants also completed multiple-choice tests pertaining to their chosen subjects.

I was given a phone interview. After that, I was asked to present a mock lesson, using other applicants as students. The situation was intimidating, but the company was friendly and reassuring.
