Felt like they were pitching me some sort of life amazing get rich quick lifestyle. Seems fishy. Starts off with a 10 minute phone interview to get to know you. They'll then schedule a 2nd interview where they give you an overview of the company where they start pitching you "achievable" promotions that can be made in months, and even just in a few weeks. And then they will schedule a 3rd, possibly final interview, I have yet to do mine, where you meet with a "Senior Executive".
