I think they elect randomly, me and my friend applied at the same time and my GPA was higher than my friend. But they eliminated me I think just because I am not Turkish. Our cvs were most alike

First there was a general aptitude and English test, after you pass that, you get to select the department you want to work for, after that you have a one-on-one interview with the head of the department you will be interning for where they explain the position to you and generally ask you to describe yourself, no technical questions.
Very understanding and professional people, really improving environment for the people without job experience. When i compared with others, i think this is the best bank for being a intern in banking sector.
