A colleague referred me internally. Within a week, we had a casual coffee house discussion. The interviewer was friendly and engaging, but did not have my resume or referrals in front of him. He had no questions planned, did not record or note anything, and did not seem to have any formal approach to the interview. I wasn't sure if it was an interview until his "no thanks" email.
