First a recruiter contacted me, we had a chat and came to the conclusion that it might be an interesting role. Than, I heard nothing for a couple of weeks until it got contacted again. Then I had a meeting with a HR guy (head of Berlin office or whatever) and some subject matter expert from Singapore. The questions were all based on the experience, some past use cases etc. However, I never received a response at all. The whole process was just pure chaos (just like in the background of the HR guy). Would have been nice, to get some automated decision at least.
