I applied for a job in Berlin. The email communication was good. Unfortunately, during the first call the interviewer's speech was incomprehensible. They also had a bad internet connection, so I couldn't understand most of what was said and had to ask to repeat the questions each time. This made the interview very difficult. Some of the questions were very abstract and some made me feel uncomfortable. At the end of the interview I knew almost nothing about the product or the team I would be working with. After the interview I received a rejection without any further explanation.

Company vision mission sounds good, and the interviewer provides constructive feedbacks and gave real cases solutions thats applicable for any tech problems. The role has been published for months, not sure if they are advertising it to show the investors that they're scaling or the hiring team doesn't know what are they doing, the response was very slow. It took a month for them to let the candidate knows on the next steps. Either they are not bother to hire anyone for the role or they don't know what are they doing.
