The hiring and interview process was smooth. I got a call from recruiter for interview. Basic questions were asked about my current job profile. My interview was scheduled. There were 7 rounds - 1. Apti, Reasoning and Verbal, 2. SQL Writing Test, 3. Essay Writing Test, 4. Pre-HR, 5. Technical 1, 6. Technical 2, 7. Final HR. The only thing which could be improved was the slow process of the interview. It took the whole day and for last two round, they called me next week.

There were 5 rounds of interviews: - Written/Aptitude test First part had general aptitude questions and in the second part SQL questions were asked where we had to write queries. - Introduction round - Technical interview Round - Managerial Round Interview - HR interview round.

Very bad interview process. They keep you waiting in a room for an entire day. They provide a Rollsmania veg roll as lunch in the entire day. Management should provide better attention towards the interview process and training given to employees after joining. I have seen cases of people being terminated after 7-8 months of joining.
