A few phone screens and a video interview with mangers. The process was well done and I felt that the company was looking for the right fit. They are good at following up and keeping you updated during the process.

So unprofessional. Clearly did not read nor look over my resume. Asked me “how did you hear about Yardi?” I advised my current company uses Yardi as a software. The second I mentioned my current employer’s name the recruiter stops me from talking and advises she cannot continue any further. Such a waste of time. If she read my resume and seen where I was currently working she could’ve saved us both time.
