When you apply online the company will send you an assessment to be completed asap. The assessment alone takes over 2 hours to complete and is a pain. When completed the recruiter contacted me for an interview, where we just went over my resume and explained what Yardi Systems is. Afterwards the recruiter will then schedule another interview with higher ups. When I was interviewed the second time, there was 4 higher ups but only one seemed to be asking the questions. The interview was long and felt like an interrogation. Felt disrespected because the higher ups seemed like they wanted to leave and weren't even professionally dressed. One of them was just leaning back on the chair doing pen spins while the others seemed like they were watching a youtube video on their screens (saw the screen color changing reflections on their face)

Took about a month to hear back from initial application date.
-Assessment was sent & completed before the recruiter screening
-Recruiter screen
-Panel interview
-Notified they would like to move forward the following day & asked to fill background check paper work
-Conditional offer letter the following day
-Background check cleared
-Offer letter & onboarding

After application, I got back from a HR from US advising about how much they're paying for the role and if i still wanted to proceed. Below average pay.
That was the first red flag. they want someone with multiple skills but put an associate title with below average pay.
The HR asked if i come one site for interview. Asked her if remote is possible instead. Still went for an interview on site (second red flag). the HR herself joined remotely when i went onsite.
i could sense hesitation after i said my salary expectations which was only 80k BTW.
a week later, got a rejection email and their job listing is still up there.

I had a brief screening call with their US based recruiters, before meeting with the hiring manager and other team members, and finally meeting with the hiring manager and a senior leader. All interviews were conducted remotely.
