Submitted application online for PropertyShark (division of Yardi) & got a callback from Cali HQ after two weeks. Prelim phone interview screening went well, invited for in person interview in NY. Interview was relaxed; was asked standard questions, but determined position had no growth potential based on interviewer's answers to my questions. I was the first person they had interviewed for this opening so the waiting process would be long. I will have to wait until HQ sends more applicants their way in order for them to make a decision. Lagging process. If offered the job, I would turn it down.
