Emphasis is on Accounting and AP processes. There are 4 rounds. First is LR and Accounting. Second and third was Technical. Fourth was HR and CV based. They try to know if you know the process.

Very buttoned up process, clear and direct. They asked very thought provoking questions, inquired about successes and failures and how I overcame them. The definition of the AE role was clearly defined.

3 rounds the first one was a presentation/pitch following some questions. Round 2 was focused on related experience and seeing how much of an understanding you have on what Yardi does. 3 rd round was very similar to the second round just a different manager.
