When interviewing at Yazaki North America, it seemed as if they used a person who had a full time job of interviewing candidates; but had a lack of technical knowledge that is specific to the job.

I was very surprised when the majority of the questions being asked focused less on my education and engineering qualifications, and more on a role-playing scenario involving how I would talk to a client if I knew that the deadline for a project was impossible to meet.
Not bad at all, good experience, good people. Interview was not hard, they didn't put me on the spot. And the rest was ok in my opinion. I got the job.

Colloquio
Interviewing process was simple. Only had to go through one round of interviewing before I received the job offer. Reasonable questions were asked about the job. Overall rather simple interview process.
