A phone screen, then an in-person with a few other candidates. If you just say things like "grit", "grind", and "hustle" over and over again, they'll love you. They're looking for people who won't question the process and have no issue duping people over the phone.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.
