Applied online and got a phone screen by a recruiter. After that I was offered an online test with sample scenario questions. The online test was timed and you could do it at your own home. If you pass the test you are offered an in-person interview. The interview was with 3 people at their headquarters. There were two people from the team and the one person from another team. They asked very general questions that you'd expect from an interview. There wasn't anything funky like "what superhero would you be." After the interview I got a response via email about 4 days later saying i was not selected for the job. All the people were pleasant to work with and kind.

The process was fine but what was concerning was the emphasis on not being able to have any real growth in the company. it's competitive and people sty in there role. Sole if this is for you don't expect much.
Recruiter was very friendly and responsive in all interactions. Interview process was about two weeks total. First interview was over the phone and then in person. Did not take too long to hear back about the position.

I applied online. There were 3 rounds in the hiring process. First round was Phone interview with less than 30 minutes, asked basic interview questions. Second round was that they gave the online test (around 10 questions) to test research skills. The third round was onsite interview in an hour with the team. Everyone was really nice during the hiring process.
