Applied online, and schedule interview with HR and got 3 rounds of phone interviews. 2 rounds on something similar to google doc. the last round was over Skype discussing project related problems. The whole process went well, the next day HR emailed me asking the projected graduation date. But after I told them I would graduate in 2 years, I got rejected.

Brief phone screen followed by 15-minute call with recruiter. Call was extremely scripted, they go through the questions quickly and are clearly just doing these back to back. High focus on your ability to meet quotas, deadlines, and SELL above all else. If you are truly passionate about restaurants/small businesses, take your passion elsewhere.
