Initial call was friendly and informative, however the tasks and online assessments required were far too lengthy compared to anything else I have ever been asked to do, even for large corporates. The instructions were unnecessarily long, overcomplicating the process. It felt like they were fishing for ideas as opposed to getting a feel for how you work.
