The first several phone interviews were great. Then, I was brought in to meet everyone. It progressed from some very friendly folks to a couple of somewhat hostile individuals. They were contradictory--I answered questions a certain way for one individual then adjusted my answers based on his responses, only to be told how incorrect I was from the next person. Still, it sounds like a great place to work--I just became worn down after the first three hours as I was told only to budget for 60 to 90 minutes. If I had to do it again, I would have ended it after 90 minutes out of respect for my own time. If they were interested in going further, then we could have completed the process.

First there was a phone screen from someone in human resources. Next an in person interview was scheduled two days later, occurring at HQ. It ran about 45 minutes and included a department tour as well as introductions to three staff members. Bit of small talk with them.

Phone screen with irrelevant questions and standard stuff. Then met with Director and Account Managers in the office on two occasions. Good questions from everyone and enjoyed the time. Smart people. I didn't hear back from them quickly and it took some time to get the offer finalized. Then the Director was let go the week I started so I didn't have anyone on site to report to. Very awkward and difficult on-boarding with little training that became representational of the way the company is run.
